We provide free shipping over $65 if you reside in one of our shipping zones. If you live outside, please contact us for a quote.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

For US customers: Due to the challenges of shipping products and unforeseen costs during the pandemic, we can not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US military addresses or the Pacific Islands using standard rates. Returns and Refunds

To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have established the following practices:

All products are guaranteed to be delivered within 30 days (max) of purchase. Most purchases will arrive in less than a week but with all of the disruptions due to COVID-19 and the dismantling of the equipment at the USPS, we cannot promise that there won’t be unforeseen delays.

You are fully protected if you don’t receive your order on time and as promised.

All products sold on automatically come with a Returns & Refund guarantee.

You are entitled to submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. Please note — even if items arrive separately — you can only open one (dispute) ticket per transaction. Please wait until your order has been completely fulfilled before submitting a complaint.

Our Hassle-free Returns Policy automatically applies if an item you received is: (i) damaged during delivery. (ii) broken, (iii) defective, (iv) missing parts, and / or (v) not as described in the Specifications section of the Product Page. If you are having a problem with anything purchased on, we will do our best to resolve it.

On the other hand, if you don’t like the color of an item you ordered; the size doesn’t fit right; or you no longer want the product because it doesn’t function as promised; the quality is lower than expected . . .  please contact to work out an acceptable return / replacement / repair / refund.

You can also submit a refund request if you haven’t received your order within the guaranteed time frame for delivery. This date can be found on the email you receive, confirming that the product you ordered has been shipped.

Items DO NOT qualify for a refund IF you never received your order but forgot to apply for a refund in a timely fashion (viz., Expected Delivery Date + a 2-3 day grace period + 15 days).

Prior to returning an unsatisfactory item, please contact to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) ticket. 

Exceptions to our Hassle-free Returns Policy:

  • Products should be returned in the exact same packaging in which they were received, including accessories, manuals, invoices, tags, etc. (if applicable). To minimize misunderstandinngs, please retain all packaging until you are reasonably sure that product(s) you have purchased are working as warranted and you plan on keeping them. In addition, please document and take pictures of the product so we can submit them to our distributor.
  • Products or accessories which show signs of being used or damaged due to normal “wear and tear” will not be accepted for return.
  • Please bear in mind that goods that have been washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from them will not be taken back by the manufacturer. We ask that you make an effort to return items in the same condition as you received them.
  • Products that are used, abused, customized, carved, changed or altered in any way CAN NOT be returned. Similarly, if an item you claim is “not as described,” but the manufacturer can prove otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Depending on the type of product — because of hygiene-related issues — some items Do NOT qualify as returnable. Check the “Caveats” tab to find out which conditions apply. Due to the sensitive nature of some of the items we sell, we urge our customers to choose wisely before making a purchase.
  • Abuse of our Hassle-free Returns Policy. Should we discover that someone is deliberately trying to game the system, fraudulently or otherwise, we reserve the right to stop doing business with him/her/them.
  • Circumstances beyond our control:
    • Your order didn’t arrive because you typed in the wrong shipping address;
    • Your order didn’t arrive because you didn’t pick it up at the post office/drop off center;
    • Your order didn’t arrive because it never cleared customs;
    • Your order didn’t arrive because it was impacted by a natural disaster (hurricane, tornado, flood, fire, etc.);
    • Your order didn’t arrive because exceptional (and unforeseen) circumstances (outside the control of prevented it’s delivery.

When making a purchase at, it’s in your best interest, that we go out of our way to make sure that you not only find what you are looking for, but there are no hidden agenda, no gotchas and no surprises. Thirdly, we will go back through our records to locate any customers who may have purchased a fake or recall and inform them what they need to do, to get a replacement or if that is not acceptable, we will issue them a refund, no questions asked.

Please note: we do our best to ensure that the products we sell are the “real deal” and not just some knock-off. In addition, we respect and support any-and-all Intellectual Property claims to the extent that we go out of our way to locate products that are labelled as “Guaranteed Genuine.” In the event you purchase a product from that is later deemed (i.e., confirmed by us or you) to be counterfeit, we will gladly issue you a full refund, regardless of how long you owned the product.

Due to the sensitive and personal nature of sex toys, and the related hygiene issues, they can only be returned if:

(i) They have been damaged in transit; and

(ii) Within the warranty period, the product-in-question malfunctions or is found to be defective.
